Easy to Use!
Project Plan Lite has been designed to be easy to use. All of the project information is visible at a glance on the main screen, and editing or adding project information is never more than a click away! - The main screen shows all the projects in the current Project Portfolio file
- Add as many projects as you like
- Enter Project Properties such as Project Manager, Client, Project Start Date
- Gives an overview of each project, including whether it is on schedule or not
- Customise the screen with you own company details & logo!

Project Schedule Screen
The Project Schedule Screen includes the follow views:- Task Data Entry Table & Gantt Chart
- Task Cost Table & Gantt Chart
- Resource Usage & Work Schedule
- Task Progress Table & Tracking Gantt
Task Details View
- The Task Details view is used to add tasks and their details such as description, duration, predecessors, resource assignments
- The Gantt Chart is updated automatically as you add/edit tasks

Task Cost View
- The Task Cost view is used to view the tasks costs and to add capital costs assciated with tasks
- Variable costs (such as peoples time) for each task are calculated automatically when you assign resources to tasks

Resource Usage View
- The Resource Usage view is used to see how many hours each resource has been assigned to across the various project tasks
- It shows the assignments across ALL projects in the current Project Portfolio
- It can be used as the starting point for resource levelling amongst your projects

Task Progress View
- The Task Progress view is used to update actual progress for tasks and compare it against the planned progress
- Planned Progress is calculated automatically by the program
- The overall project performance is summarised and included in the Project List view
